A one of a kind piece featuring a stunning black marcasite with beautiful botryoidal crystal formations, hand wrapped, oxidised and polished copper.

This 45mm pendant has an incredible natural texture, with layers of dark metallic marcasite and intricate crystal formations creating an almost organic, otherworldly appearance. Each angle reveals something different within the stone, making this a truly unique natural piece.

I’ve paired the stone with two delicate moonstone beads set into the bail, adding a subtle flash of softness against the dark marcasite.Every part of this pendant has been handmade by me.

Marcasite
Marcasite is an iron sulphide mineral related to pyrite, but with a different crystal structure. It is known for its metallic lustre and distinctive crystal habits, including botryoidal and radiating formations.

Moonstone
Moonstone is traditionally associated with intuition, inner balance and new beginnings. Its soft, luminous appearance creates a beautiful contrast against the dark metallic tones of the marcasite.

Care
Marcasite is a naturally brittle and moisture-sensitive mineral. Please keep this pendant dry and avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions and high humidity. Store somewhere dry and handle with care.

Care Instructions:

Since this is raw oxidised copper it will continue to develop a beautiful natural patina over time. To maintain the current polish, gently rub with a jewelry polishing cloth (or pad I provided). Avoid wearing in water or exposing to harsh chemicals.

This pendant will come on a brown PU leather cord (18inch) and gift boxed beautifully as a gift to yourself or someone (else) special.
