A bold, handmade copper bangle featuring a beautiful Oparex™ Opal, individually wrapped into the centre of a substantial 3mm copper band.

This piece was created using my thickest copper wire to date, which I hammered by hand before adding a swirling texture using a stamping technique. The textured pattern gives the copper a rustic, almost ancient feel, while the glowing opal adds a beautiful contrast of soft rainbow colours.

The copper has been oxidised and hand polished to bring out the detail and give the piece its aged, earthy character.

Oparex™ Opal is traditionally associated with emotional balance, calmness, inspiration and creativity. Its beautiful shifting colours are often connected with self expression, imagination and bringing a little lightness into your energy.

Care Instructions:

Since this is raw oxidised copper it will continue to develop a beautiful natural patina over time. To maintain the current polish, gently rub with a jewelry polishing cloth (or pad I provided). Avoid wearing in water or exposing to harsh chemicals.
